John is the Dietary Manager for Maggie’s House Assisted Living. John has been in food service since 1990. He managed a local restaurant for 14 years and has been with Maggie’s House for 11 years. Meatloaf, lasagna, and baked desserts are his favorite things to cook. John has a sweet tooth and is known for his delicious bread pudding. John is an avid antique collector. He collects Fenton Glass, antique furniture and picture frames. His friendly personality and enthusiasm for his work makes him an important part of Maggie’s family.
